Zacarias Tree & Landscaping

We hired Zacarias Tree Company to install 17 trees at a cost of over $10,000. Initially the trees looked great, and we were very pleased with how the project appeared after installation. Unfortunately, within the following year, the trees began to decline significantly. By fall 2025, several were turning brown. The owner, came out to look at them and said they would be fine, pointing to areas he described as “budding.” He later sent someone to cut off many of the brown branches and sections. Despite that, the trees continued to deteriorate. Several are now completely brown and appear dead, while the others have green only at the very top. The lower portions are bare, shedding, and look terrible. The before-and-after photos show a dramatic decline from how the trees looked shortly after installation. For over $10,000, this is extremely disappointing. I hired this company expecting expertise, proper recommendations, and follow-up if there was a serious issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Zacarias Tree Company for tree installation unless they provide written assurance of backing up their work. At this point, we are still hoping they will stand behind their work a

We had a great experience working with Zacarias Landscaping & Rony leading the project. He understand what we were looking to do, and came with expertise, insight & a sense of design to bring it to life. He and his team were dedicated to completing the process with precision, respect & relatively quick execution. We would definitely work with this team again.

Great experience working with Zacaria’s on our project! Good communication throughout. Our project included removal of large trees, overgrown landscaping, driveway re-pavement, new paver walkway, landscape design, landscape installation and reworking of sprinkler system.

This company is a hardscape expert and they truly care about making sure everything looks perfect and is done the right way. Our backyard was a mess of asphalt, concrete, sloped retaining wall, and even a concrete table from previous owners... we needed it all ripped out, redone, with efficient draining underneath and a look we wanted for the small space we wanted. They delivered, very happy with the outcome.

We hired Zacarias to replace a very worn out gravel path in need of replacement with pavers. Rony was very helpful with the planning phase in listening to our needs and developing a quality project that incorporated what we wanted. The crew worked hard and in inclement weather to get the job done as discussed and planned. There was an issue that was due to a miscommunication with a contractor working on another project that abutted the path and Rony addressed the issue and made it right. We love the path and the costs were all clearly presented up front along with a very detailed plan for the work. The grass seed they planted which was a bonus they added in has grown some great grass, and the lighting they installed makes a huge difference.
